This Privacy Notice tells you how we use your Information and explains your rights.

How do we collect, use and store Information you give to us?

When you sign-up to try out our technologies within the context of event, we ask you to provide your name, email address, gender, age, and choose a level of activity.
You may choose to use your real name or a pseudonym. We ask that you answer the other questions accurately, as we will send you your results by email, and the other questions ensure that you are given appropriate trials and help us to benchmark your results.

Who may we share your Information with?

We collect your Personal Information, in the event that you choose to share it with us, for the sole purpose of demonstrating ai.io technologies, including those developed in partnership with Intel.
When you provide your consent to the processing of your Personal Information by ai.io in this demonstration, you consent to the presentation of your Personal Information (name or pseudonym, statistics) on the leaderboard.
We don’t share your Personal Data with any third party; however, if required by law, we will provide information to government, judicial or law enforcement agencies and, in exceptional circumstances, this could include Information about you.

Why is it lawful for us to use your Information in this way?

When signing up to try out our ai.io technologies, you are asked to give your consent for your Personal Information to be processed. When we process your Personal Information with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In the context of ReInvent, all data will be destroyed within 30 days of the event, and therefore requests to delete data will be considered to be automatically respected.
If any technical issues should arise, it is our legitimate interest to address these issues. This may involve the processing (e.g. viewing) of any Personal Data affected by the technical issue. In these circumstances, we have balanced our legitimate interests against your rights and have concluded that your rights are not at risk, and that they therefore do not override our legitimate interests in addressing technical issues.

Your Privacy Rights.

These are your legal rights over your Personal Information:

  • Right of access – we will provide you with the Information we hold
  • Right to have inaccurate or out of date Information corrected
  • Right not to be profiled for marketing purposes – we don’t do this anyway
  • Right to prevent processing of your Information in certain circumstances
  • Right to have your Information deleted – this will be done automatically within 30 days of the conference, you don’t need to request this
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time
